Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 5, 2026

Our Commitment

Mangrove Performance Group is committed to ensuring that our website, mangroveperformancegroup.com, is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to information and the ability to engage with our services.

We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website in accordance with established standards and best practices.

Standards We Follow

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and speech disabilities.

WCAG 2.2 AA is organized around four core principles — content must be:

  • Perceivable — Information and interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive
  • Operable — Interface components and navigation must be operable by all users
  • Understandable — Information and operation of the interface must be understandable
  • Robust — Content must be robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of assistive technologies

Measures Taken

To support accessibility, Mangrove Performance Group has implemented the following measures on this website:

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy (h1 through h3) across all pages
  • ARIA roles, labels, and landmark regions including role="banner", role="contentinfo", role="navigation", and role="main"
  • Skip navigation link ("Skip to main content") at the top of every page for keyboard users
  • All images include descriptive alt text; decorative images are marked aria-hidden="true"
  • All form inputs include associated <label> elements, aria-required attributes, and autocomplete attributes
  • Color contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 AA minimums for both light and dark mode
  • Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements for keyboard navigation
  • Dark mode toggle includes role="switch" and aria-checked state management
  • Mobile navigation includes aria-expanded state on the hamburger toggle
  • Icon fonts and decorative SVG elements are marked aria-hidden="true"
  • Time-based animations (ticker elements) are paused for users with prefers-reduced-motion enabled
  • External links include aria-label noting they open in a new tab
  • Cookie notice uses role="alert" and aria-live="polite" for screen reader announcement

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance, the following known limitations exist on this website. We are actively working to address these:

  • LinkedIn RSS feed (News page) — The third-party RSS feed displayed in the "From LinkedIn" column is rendered by an external plugin (WP RSS Aggregator). The accessibility of that feed's output is partially dependent on the plugin and the source feed, and may not fully conform to WCAG 2.2 AA.
  • Third-party Calendly widget — The Calendly booking popup is a third-party embed. While Calendly publishes its own accessibility statement, full conformance of the popup interface is outside our direct control.
  • Advisor photo carousel (mobile) — The horizontal scroll strip on mobile devices uses touch and drag interaction. While arrow button alternatives are provided, the drag gesture itself does not have a keyboard equivalent beyond the arrow buttons.
  • PDF documents — Any downloadable PDF documents linked from this website may not be fully accessible. If you require an accessible version of any document, please contact us and we will provide an alternative format.

We are committed to addressing these limitations in future updates to the website.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

This website has been developed and tested with the following assistive technologies in mind:

  • Screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver (macOS and iOS)
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • High contrast and forced color modes
  • Reduced motion preferences via the prefers-reduced-motion media query
